By accessing or using BBoard ("Bounty Board"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BBoard is a marketplace where users can post freelance bounties and claim work. Payments are processed through Stripe with escrow protection.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Fees

BBoard charges a platform fee on completed bounties. All payments are held in escrow until work is approved. Refund policies apply per our payment terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

BBoard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between users or for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
